Compassion and Kinship
A video replay of a TED lecture by Fr. Greg Boyle, who started HOmeboy Industries in LA, using locals, including former gang members, whose lives he hopes to turn around. He says jobs are what they need to redirect their lives. He has created a therapeutic community for this transformation process.

Beginning Yoga Level 1

This beginner's class will restore you with the healing art of yoga. You will learn beginner yoga postures focusing on technique to build strength and improve flexibility. Introduction to basic Vinyasa Flow yoga sequences will also be introduced. Ages 18+ are welcome in this class. Bring a yoga mat. For those of you with some yoga experience. We will build upon basic yoga postures and introduce new postures.
