On November 15th, you will join others to make four Thanksgiving ice cream flavors: Salted Caramel Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Honey Earl Grey, Cranberry Sorbet and Gingerbread Ice Cream served with warm Butterscotch sauce.

On December 6th, you will be able to make ice cream for your winter holiday gatherings. The class will make Russian Tea Cake ice cream, Plum Pudding (this is a French version and sure to become a favorite), Holiday Fudge and the fourth flavor is an amazing, soothing sorbet that has everything you need when sore throats, sniffles, headaches and achy bodies strike. Keep this yummy sorbet tucked into the back of your freezer for yourself or for someone you love - you never know when you'll need it. Again you'll get to take four pints of ice cream home.
